What are your shipping rates?

For shipping within the United States:

  • Shipping for the first disc is $3.99
  • The second disc is only $1.00
  • And the third disc is another $1.00
  • Any disc added after the third will not add any additional shipping costs.  Other non-disc products or multi-disc sets will create additional shipping costs.

If the subtotal of product in the cart exceeds $75, SHIPPING IS FREE!!!!      (Taxes and shipping upgrades including mystery items are not included in this total.)

Additional charges may be required for large items shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.  These prices are NOT valid for international orders, please see our international shipping FAQ for orders outside of the U.S. 

Shipping Methods

Standard orders are sent via USPS ground or UPS ground. Standard shipping deliveries will often take an estimated 3-12 business days.  Shipping times vary based on your proximity to Utah and major mail centers. If you live near Utah, your package will likely arrive in approximately 2-5 days. If you live on the east coast, it is not uncommon for a shipment to take 6-10 days with standard shipping.

Large orders, including baskets and backpack style bags are typically shipped UPS ground, and are sometimes drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. For these large orders, a physical street address is required as UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Processing Time

We pride ourselves in our timely ability to process orders. Because of the volume we do USPS picks up packages from our warehouse twice daily.

Orders that utilize the priority shipping upgrade made before noon Mountain Time are typically leave our facility on the same business day.

Standard orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days unless things are backed up from a holiday, large release, or we are waiting for a response as result of an order error.

Because there is no USPS mail service on federal holiday's, packages will not be received by the shipping courier until the following business day.

 

Priority Upgrade:

If you need your package a little quicker, click the "Faster Shipping" button in the Shipping Options section that pops up before you check out.

For an additional $4.50, we will bump your order to the top of the shipping queue and send it USPS Priority mail.  (Packages larger than 8 discs may still ship UPS ground)   

Selecting "Faster Shipping" does NOT guarantee delivery in a certain number of days, but it does give you faster processing and a more expensive, generally faster, delivery service.  International orders and orders that are noted as potential drop ship orders do not apply to this upgrade.

PLEASE NOTE: Weekends and holidays WILL slow down shipping time, which is why the estimates are listed as "business days."

The shipping upgrade applies to the lower 48 states and may take longer when going to Hawaii or Alaska.

If you need an item in a guaranteed amount of time, please reach out to our customer service team and they can quote a cost for overnight or two day guaranteed shipping.

Do you have a local store?

Yes we have two actually: Our primary store and online shipping wharehouse is located at 111 S 1200 W, in Logan Utah. 

We have a large in-store selection of discs that are seperate from our online inventory.   This invenory is set aside for locals and store visitors, and is NOT available for shipping.  You can also purchase any online items through the store if you are here in person.  

Our current in-store hours are:

Monday & Tuesday  9:00 - 7:00 pm

Wednesday 9:00 - 6:00 pm

Thursday & Friday 9:00 - 7:00 pm

and Saturday 8:00 - 5:00

Closed on Sundays 

 

Our secondary retail location is in Pocatello Idaho at 2445 S. 5th Ave Suite B. 

How long does shipping take?

At Infinite Discs we have a dedicated staff that processes orders from 6am- 9pm Monday - Friday.  We normally are able to process all regular orders within 1-3 business days, however if there has been a holiday or large release, shipping times can occasioanllly be affected this.   

Unless you select a shipping upgrade, packages will ship through the lowest cost carrier which can typically take an estimated 3-12 business days.  Large and bulky packages are usually shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground only, so please do not use a PO Box for bulky orders like carts or baskets.  Detailed shipping information can be found here.

Shipping Upgrade:

If you need a package a little bit quicker, check the "Shipping Upgrade" check box in the Shipping Options page at checkout.

For a $4.50 charge we will move your order to the top of our order qeue and send it through a carrier that averages 3-6 day shipping times.   On normal weekdays (not federal mail holidays), upgraded orders placed before noon (mountain time) typically ship out the same day. How long it takes to get to you depends on your location from Utah and major mail hubs.

The upgrade does not apply to any items that say they may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.  These items are not shipped through us and often have a longer lead time than our warehouse offers.  We can not conrol how long a drop ship item will take to ship out.

Also, these shipping estimates are for the USA ONLY. International orders will always take more time, which we are unable to control.  If there are delays or issues with international shipping it can often take 30 days or more to recieve the order.

If you need an order delivered in a guaranteed time frame, please reach out to support@infinitediscs.com to get a quote on charges for two day or overnight delivery, you must contact us in advance to arrange payment if you require expedited shipping.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. But it can be expensive and takes longer to receive than a domestic order.   While most international packages will arrive within a couple weeks, depending on where it is going and the current conditions in the shipping world, some international shipments can occasionally take as long as four weeks to arrive. 

If you live in common disc golf countries Canada, Norway, Australia, England, New Zealand etc. we have international shipping prices for discs calculated for you when you check out.  For countries where we have never shipped before, you will need to email support@infinitediscs.com so we can calculate and set up rates in our system so you can complete the order. 

Our international shipping charges WILL cover the cost of paying the carrier to transport the package to you. They do NOT cover customs duties or taxes charged by the receiving country. You are responsible for paying taxes charged by your country for receiving imported products (those charges may be levied by your own postal service upon receipt). All pricing shown on the website is based in U.S. currency, charges will be converted when the payment is charged.   

Most international orders are currently shipped via UPS Mail Innovations.   They will take the package to the border, and once it has cleared customs, the local postal system will take care of delivery from there.  You will not immediately see tracking activity on an international package as UPS picks them up from us in a bulk bag, so the package is not scanned into their system until it reaches their international shipping hub.   This usually takes 4-5 days.    We do not normally ship though other carriers, as the rates are higher than using our contract through UPS.  

Please note the following exclusions and items to be aware of concerning international shipping.... 

  • Due to the costs of international shipping, orders being sent outside of the U.S are not eligible for the $75 Free shipping offer available on domestic orders. 
  • As of July 1, 2021, due to EU VAT requirements, we are no longer able to ship to customers in European Union nations. The new laws require that we collect and distribute VAT taxes for each customer, and until we have software enabling us to calculate and charge these various taxes we are unable to ship to EU countries.
  • Customs information is submitted electronically from the order. Because of this, we are not usually able to combine multiple orders, as it can create inaccuracies on the customs paperwork.  
  • Due to a lack of consistency on orders delivered to the South or Central American areas including Mexico, any shipping we offer to these locations is at the risk of the individual ordering.   We can not reasonably ensure that items will make it to delivery, so we will not replace lost or stolen packages going to these countries.  
Are the pictures on your website the actual disc pictures?

Yes.

In some cases where multiple discs are of the same color and stamp, we will use the same image multiple times. You will receive a disc that looks like the one in the website image.

***Note. Depending on your monitor, disc color display can vary. For example a blue/green disc may appear more blue on the website. 

 

Why do some discs not have profile images?

While our new website was designed to work with a double photo system that features both the above and profile image, our old website did not have this capability.

To get the new website launched, we simply transferred 86,000 existing disc images from that old site database. Going forward we plan to have all newly added inventory feature both the aerial and profile image.

What is your return policy?

Infinite Discs Return Policy:

Change your mind on an item?  No problem.  Any unthrown discs, or unused items may be returned to Infinite Discs within 30 days of the initial purchase.  Customers may choose from the following options for items returned in new condition:
1-Receive a refund to the original credit card in the amount paid for the item, minus a 10% restocking fee.
2-Receive an Infinite Discs store credit for the full amount paid for the item returned. 
Any shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please include a note in the package with your name, email address, and whether you prefer a refund or store credit.  
 
We will process the credit as soon as possible after receiving the returned package.   If the item has been used, we can not accept a return on it.
 

Incorrect or Defective Item Shipped

If we inadvertently ship an incorrect or physically defective item, we will either pay the costs for this item to be returned with a replacement credit, or potentially offer an alternative solution to rectify the error. 

In either case, please send photos of the item documenting the issue to support@infinitediscs.com, we will review the photos and reply with an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.   

(Note: Color settings on different devices as well as changes in lighting can occasionally cause slight variations in how color appears in a photo versus in person.   We make every effort to make sure you get the color you are expecting, but if a disc has a little more of a certain tint in person than the picture showed, we cannot control that.   If necessary we are happy to refund the full amount of a disc for this reason, but in these cases any shipping costs are not covered since the correct item was shipped and there is no defect.

Drop Ship Items
Some items such as baskets and some bags are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers. If this is the case, these items are subject to the manufacturer's return policy.

 
When I Entered My Gift Card it says "Wrong Code?"

Our website accepts two different kinds of codes: Discount Codes and Gift Card Codes

Discount codes will only work in the Discount Code field, and Gift Cards will only work in the Gift Card field. Most of the time peoples gift card codes do not work because they enter them in the "Discount Codes" section.

Discount Codes - Are applied in the shopping cart before checkout.

Gift Cards - Are applied as a payment method at checkout. 

Privacy Policy

Privacy

When you make a purchase from InfiniteDiscs.com we collect some of your personal information. This information is only used to fulfill your order with InfiniteDiscs.com, and contact you in the case that a correction may need to be made. We also allow customers to opt in for email and texting offers.   ANY information that we collect is not shared or sold.

If you make a purchase at any affiliate site of InfiniteDiscs.com including the VIP club, your information will only be used for the purpose of order fulfillment.

Infinite Profile

When making an order, you have an option to create an account and a public Infinite Profile. This profile can display your name (or profile name) and city. If you write reviews, submit scores using the Infinite Disc Golf app, or play in Infinite Tournaments, these actions will also appear on your public Infinite Profile. If you do not want any information displayed, check out as a guest.

Credit Card Information

We use PayPal and Braintree Gateway for payment processing. InfiniteDiscs.com gathers your transaction total and transmits the total to these services. Once transferred, you submit your payment information through the third party website. No credit or payment information is collected, stored, or even transferred at InfiniteDiscs.com.

Email Address and Physical Address

InfiniteDiscs.com reserves the right to use your name and addresses for promotional purposes in notification of new products, specials, and any other means to encourage your return visit. You may have your contact information removed from our database by emailing support@infinitediscs.com and we will remove your information.

Contests & Drawings

InfiniteDiscs.com holds drawings and contests and contacts winners using information which they have provided. If we are unable to contact you after attempting, your eligibility is considered forfeit.

If a contest specifies any rules or conditions outside of stated Privacy Policy, then those rules and conditions would apply. For example: “Join our mailing list and be eligible to win a product.”

How do pre-orders work?

A pre-ordered item is a commitment to purchase that particular disc model and/or plastic type, without knowledge of the exact weight and color. If you are looking for a specific disc, please wait until inventory is live on our website. When weights are entered for pre-orders they represent a weight range, and not an exact weight. For example, if one option is 160g, and the next is 170g, a selection of 160g may be a disc anywhere between 160-169g. 

For color and weight preferences, please e-mail support@infinitediscs.com. We fulfill pre-orders in the order in which they are received, and do our best to fulfill them as close as possible. 

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

All items purchased in the same order will be shipped together, after the latest pre-order disc arrives. If you want to receive in stock discs immediately, make a seperate order from your pre-order.

 

Do you weigh each disc?

At Infinite Discs, we have chosen to trust the weights provided by the disc manufacturers. Since they mold the discs, have their own weighing procedures, and include the weight on their discs, we do not feel that it is our job to second guess or change the weight that they've determined.

We do know that sometimes manufacturers can make an error from time to time as nobody is perfect. When comparing personal measurments to the factory, we have found that scales can easily vary by a gram or two when weighing discs, anything more than that would be considered more of a significant error.  

If a manufacturer has made a significant error in listing the weight,  or we've listed a disc with a weight variance of more than a gram of differece from the factory indicated weight on the disc, then we're happy to provide options to correct the error.  

When we list discs by companies that use a weight range, we have chosen to be consistent in our data entry practices by listing the low number of the range provided. This is because our data entry system does not allow for a range, but requires a single number. Thus, a disc marked as 170 – 172 will be listed as 170.  A disc with a sticker saying 173–175 will be listed as 173.  The “max weight” for a Discraft driver would typically be listed as 173, but could actually weigh on the higher end of that range.

Other brands that use weight ranges include DGA, Viking Discs, Yikun Discs, and the new Active Baseline series of discs from Discmania.
